Systemization Audit · $500 CAD

An honest read on your tool stack — before you spend $60k on a build.

A paid 90-minute audit of how your business actually runs today, with a written report on what to consolidate, what to build, and what to leave alone. $500 CAD (plus applicable GST/HST). Refunded in full if you go on to hire us for a Sprint or Platform build.

What you get

A real deliverable, not a sales call dressed up as a freebie.

The $500 is the qualifier. It filters for people who actually want the answer — and pays for the real work that goes into producing it.

Current-state map

Every tool you pay for, every workflow that lives outside it, every place data has to be re-typed. Drawn out so you can see the whole picture at once.

Consolidation opportunities

Which tools could merge, which are pulling their weight, which are quietly burning money. Ranked by impact vs. effort to change.

Build vs. buy verdict

Honest read on whether you need custom software, a different off-the-shelf tool, or just a better process. Sometimes the answer is "you don't need a build."

30-minute follow-up call

After you read the report, we get on a call to answer your questions. No pitch — just clarification and direction.

How it works

From booking to report in about ten business days.

  1. 01

    Pay & book

    Same day

Stripe checkout, then pick a 90-minute slot on the calendar. You get a short questionnaire to fill out beforehand.

  2. 02

    Discovery call

    90 minutes

Recorded, screen-shared. We walk through your tools, your team's day-to-day, where the friction lives. You do most of the talking.

  3. 03

    Written report

    ~5–7 business days

8–15 pages, plain English, no slideware. Maps, verdicts, numbers. Yours to share with co-founders or partners.

  4. 04

    Follow-up call

    30 minutes

Questions, clarifications, next steps. No pressure to buy anything. Plenty of audit clients walk away with a clear plan and never need us again — that's a win too.

Is this for me?

Plain-spoken about who this fits and who it doesn't.

We'd rather you skip the audit than buy one that won't help you.

A good fit if…

  • You're paying for 3+ SaaS tools that overlap or don't talk to each other.
  • You've felt the "we've outgrown this" itch but aren't sure what to replace it with.
  • You're considering a custom build but want a sanity check first.
  • Your team holds workflows together with spreadsheets, group chats, or institutional memory.

Probably not a fit if…

  • You want free advice (this isn't a sales call disguised as a freebie).
  • You've already decided on a specific tool and just need someone to build with it.
  • You're a solopreneur running on one or two tools — there's nothing to systemize yet.
  • You need same-week turnaround. The audit takes ~10 business days end-to-end.

The refund clause

$500 now, $0 if we end up working together.

If you go on to book a Sprint or Platform build within 90 days of your audit, the $500 is credited back against your first invoice. So in practice: if the audit leads to a build, it costs you nothing. If it doesn't, you still walk away with a written plan you can hand to any developer — including one who isn't us.

Tax paid on the audit is refunded automatically by Stripe alongside the credit.

Common questions

Quick answers.

Why $500 instead of a free consultation?+

Free consultations attract people who want free advice, and produce free-quality advice in return. The $500 is a filter — for both of us. You get our undivided attention and a real deliverable; we get prospects who are serious enough to invest in finding the answer.

What if you tell me I don't need a build?+

Then we tell you that. Plenty of audits end with "your problem is process, not software" or "the tool you already have can do this if you configure it correctly." We'd rather give you the honest answer than upsell you into a build you don't need.

Do you sign an NDA?+

Yes — happy to sign yours, or we can use ours. The audit involves looking at your actual workflows, so confidentiality matters.

Can you do the audit for a team larger than just me?+

Yes. The 90-minute call can include up to 3 of your team members. Larger teams (5+) benefit from a $1,500 extended audit — two calls and a deeper report. Email us to set that up.

Is the refund clause time-limited?+

Yes — 90 days from the audit date. After that, the audit fee stands on its own.

Stop guessing whether you need software.

$500 buys you a real answer — written down, in plain English, by someone who's done this before.
